Villa #30, #3009, Master Garden Bedroom, measuring 23' x 16', features a king bed, love seat sofa and bath.  It is equipped with a microwave oven, coffee maker, blender, refrigerator, dishes/glasses/flatware, CC flat screen TV, DVD/VCR, stereo, ceiling fan, AC, iron, ironing board, and a private 12' x 12' walled-in garden patio with outdoor furniture, and private entrance.



Villa #30, #3010,  Garden Bedroom, measuring 18' x 16', features 2 full double/beds and bath.  It is equipped with a microwave oven, coffee maker, blender, refrigerator, dishes/glasses/flatware,  CC flat screen TV, DVD/VCR, stereo player, ceiling fan, AC, iron, ironing board, and a private 16' x 15', walled-in garden patio with outdoor furniture, and private entrance. 



Villa 30, #3011, Master Garden Bedroom, measuring 18' x 16', features a king bed, love seat sofa and bath.  It is equipped with a microwave oven, coffee maker, blender, refrigerator,  dishes/glasses/flatware, CC flat screen TV, VCR/DVD, stereo player, ceiling fan, AC, iron, ironing board, and a private, 16' x 15' walled-in garden patio with outdoor furniture.

Each single-level villa consists of a studio and three garden bedrooms, which can be rented as a single accommodation or in any combination of rooms, depending upon the number of guests in your party.  
Maid Service is included Monday through Saturday, 2 minute walk to Pineapple Pool,  less than a minute walk to the beach.  Rentals include all linens, free WI-FI,  free on-site parking next to villa. 
 


The main entrance to Pineapple Village Villas is through the gates of Wyndham presents Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville.  The Margaritaville Landshark Restaurant with wrap around deck bar, serves three meals daily for indoor or open air dining and is adjacent to Pineapple Village Villas.  To the right side of the beach is the Seaside Bar & Grill, which recently opened.
